Cement industry is the raw material industry of national economy and social development. The main production equipment of cement industry includes crusher, vertical mill, calcining kiln, castor cooler, roller press, ball mill, fan, etc. the oil used for each equipment is mainly 46 × anti-wear hydraulic oil, 46 × 68 × turbine oil, 220 × 320 × 460 × gear oil. Considering the problems of raw material transportation and environmental pollution, most of the cement plants are built near the mines, with a bad environment and strong sandstorm. There is a lot of dust in the cement raw materials and finished cement products used on the equipment site, and these particle impurities are easily mixed into the lubricating oil of the equipment, resulting in serious pollution of the lubricating oil. According to the requirements of the national standard, the particle size standard of the finished cement is: slag Portland cement, pozzolanic Portland cement, fly ash Portland cement and composite Portland cement particle size is represented by the sieve residue, and the sieve residue of 80 μ square hole is not more than 30%. It can be seen that the diameter of the particle impurities mixed into the lubricating oil is smaller. At present, most of the equipment lubricating oil on-line filter elements in the cement industry have a filtration accuracy of more than 40 μ, and the filtration accuracy is not high. Many small particles and impurities can not be removed through the on-line filter, resulting in heavy pollution of the equipment lubricating oil.
Contamination of lubricating oil will cause:
1. The equipment lubrication is not guaranteed, the particle impurities aggravate the wear of the lubrication surface of the equipment, cause the equipment failure and shutdown, and increase the maintenance cost of the equipment.
2. If the operation of the hydraulic system is not guaranteed, it will easily cause the block of the hydraulic valve body and increase the wear of the hydraulic components.
3. Particle impurities aggravate the oxidation and degradation speed of the oil, cause the degradation of the oil performance and shorten the service life of the oil.
Solution:
According to the above analysis, in order to improve the cleanliness of equipment lubricating oil, it is necessary to improve the filtering accuracy of the existing filtering system. There are two solutions:
1. Improve the filtering accuracy of the existing online oil filter: improve the filtering accuracy of the existing online filter can remove the smaller particle impurities in the lubricating oil and improve the cleanliness of the equipment lubricating oil, but there are also the following problems:
(1) Because of the heavy pollution of lubricating oil, the filter element will be blocked frequently, the use cost of the filter element is high, and the replacement of the filter element may require equipment shutdown, affecting the normal production of the enterprise.
(2) With the improvement of filtering accuracy of filter element and the high viscosity of lubricating oil in some key equipment of cement industry, the speed of lubricating oil passing through filter element will decrease, and the supply of lubricating oil will decrease, which will affect the lubrication of equipment. So this program is not very scientific.
2. Add online bypass purification equipment: add online bypass purification equipment on the basis of existing online purification to improve the existing purification capacity. As the main pollutant of lubricating oil in cement industry is particle impurities, the traditional vacuum oil filter has become a well-known and widely used technology for filtering mechanical impurities and moisture in lubricating oil products. For the filtration and dehydration equipment of lubricating oil in cement industry, the filtration area of the impurity part must be highlighted.
Because the oil in the cement industry contains a lot of dust and sludge, the traditional three-stage filter (filter element type) lubricating oil vacuum oil filter is easy to cause frequent cleaning or replacement of the filter plug and filter, but it can also be used as early prevention.
However, if the later users continue to use, with the aggravation of pollution, the efficiency of the oil filter will be seriously affected, and the cost of relative consumables of the vacuum dehydration oil filter with plate and frame will be reduced, and the efficiency will also be improved.
