Common Problems of Electromagnetic Valve of Hydraulic Oil Filter
The hydraulic oil filter manufactured by our company is used to treat and regenerate unqualified hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, refrigerating oil, anti-wear hydraulic oil, heat conducting oil, quenching oil and other high-precision oils. It can quickly remove harmful components such as moisture, gas and impurities in lubricating oil, improve lubricating performance of oil and reduce oil. The service life of oil equipment is prolonged due to the corrosion or corrosion of oil equipment due to excessive moisture or impurity content. It can also be used for overhaul and installation of equipment, emergency repair and emergency operation of field operation equipment. Purification, removal of impurities, oil injection and cleaning oil system pipelines for low and medium viscosity oils such as turbine oil, transformer oil, hydraulic oil, compressor oil, internal combustion engine oil, precision filtration, long-distance and high-lift refueling, etc.
In the hydraulic system, the role of solenoid valve is very important, but also in the hydraulic system of high-risk areas of failure, hydraulic oil filter solenoid valve common problems are as follows:
1. Solenoid valve wiring head loosening or wire head falling off, the solenoid valve shall not be electrified, can tighten the wire head.
2. The coil of solenoid valve is burnt out. The connection of the solenoid network can be removed and measured with a multimeter. If the circuit is open, the coil of solenoid valve will burn out. The reason is that the coil is damped, resulting in poor insulation and magnetic leakage, resulting in excessive current in the coil and burning, so we should prevent rainwater from entering the solenoid valve. In addition, too hard spring, too large reaction force, too few coil turns, suction is not enough can also make the coil burned. When dealing with emergency, the manual button on the coil can be hit from "0" to "1" in normal operation, so that the valve opens.
3. Solenoid valve jamming: The matching clearance between sliding sleeve and spool of solenoid valve is very small (small dry 0,008mm). Generally, it is single-piece assembly. When mechanical impurities are brought in or lubricant is too small, it is easy to jam. The treatment method can use steel wire to poke into the small hole at the head to make it rebound. The fundamental solution is to remove the solenoid valve, remove the spool and the spool sleeve, and clean with CC14, so that the spool can move flexibly in the valve sleeve. When disassembling, attention should be paid to the assembly sequence and external wiring position of each component in order to reassemble and wiring correctly, and check whether the oil spray hole is blocked and whether the lubricating oil is enough.
4. Leakage: Leakage will cause insufficient air pressure, which makes the opening and closing of the forced valve difficult. The reason is that the sealing gasket is damaged or the sliding valve is worn out, resulting in several cavities channeling. When dealing with the fault of the solenoid valve in the switching system, the appropriate time should be chosen to deal with it when the solenoid valve is out of power. If the process is not completed in a switching gap, the switching system can be suspended and handled calmly.
As for the maintenance of solenoid valve body, because there are too many kinds, and maintenance is cumbersome. It is suggested that valve body problems should be replaced in time to avoid danger.
